Rob....covered in chocolate

I know what you're thinking, sounds divine right? In fact, if I had a little longer to think about that sentence then I'd probably be agreeing. Wait, no actually, I wouldn't. Well, not on here anyway because I'd have disappeared in my own little world trying to work out the finer details of how the chocolate got there, where it was exactly, how on earth we'd manage to get it off again......
(10 mins later) See! I knew that would happen! No, sadly this is a much more serious tale involving a small child and a chocolate biscuit (getting the picture?). So of course, when my 2yr old had finished his biscuit and had his hands covered in chocolate he was immediately drawn like a magnet to my Twilight bookmark. I reached down to take it from him - controlling my rising panic fairly well I felt - only to find he wasn't giving up without a fight. I have to say, even in my anguished state, I had to laugh during the inevitable tug-of-war when he started shouting 'Bob! Bob!' The most unfortunate part of the whole affair was the fact that it was witnessed by a friend of mine who had just finished telling me that she'd spent the morning discussing how sad my Twilight obsession was with some other women. I'd laughed it off and insisted that it makes me happy and I'm not hurting anyone with it but there I was demonstrating that actually there have been just as many intense anxious moments as happy ones.
For example, this morning when my 4yr old threatened to throw my Edbrella in the bin *gasp*!. Or the time my 5yr old ripped one of my posters. Or when I found a puddle of water right where my red-edged copy of New Moon had been sitting. Now I'm not sure if you have the red-edged edition, but let me tell you, they don't mix well with water, I know as a lot of my anxious moments have occured whilst reading them in the bath!
Reading there's been a new trailer released online and racing to try and find it to watch before they all get pulled - yet more anxiety, and trying to email a fanvid to a friend and your broadband refuses to let you, even more. Perhaps the peak levels are reached whenever I see my husband pick up my Rob mug, I know exactly what evil thoughts are going through his head.
I guess you just can't have the pleasure without the pain.

Ahhh....the whole story. You mentioned this on Twitarded the other day. I was going to tell you that I have laminated my lip-bity pic of Rob that I use for a bookmark...just in case

Good thinking! Did you already have a laminator before or did you buy it solely for Rob related purposes? ;o) This is already made of shiny wipe-clean stuff, it just makes me nervous if anybody touches any of my Twi things, that's reasonable right?!

I don't have a liminator, but I do have connections! A good friend works at the school and when she was laminating stuff, she just stuck my bookmark in an empty space and laminated it too!

BTW...it's raining buckets here, may I borrow your Edbrella. I'll understand if you say no. Besides the fact that it'd be clear here by the time you shipped it, if I had an Edbrella and you asked to borrow it, I'd tell you to shit and fall back in it! LOL

ROFL TwiWeasel, you just answered your own question ;o). First wet morning here, also blowing a gale, fucking typical! No way I'm risking a public meltdown if it blows inside out.

Had to laugh at your friend sneaking your bookmark into gap too!

It cleared off yesterday afternoon, but it's yucky again today. Not really raining...just wet. I hate the cold. I hate enclosed shoes (love sandals) hate long pants and long sleeved shirts. Sorry, I'm being hateful. *grin* Sorry you can't risk taking your Edbrella out today. I know you've been wanting to.
Anyhoo...I set up a facebook account (OMG, what a time suck!) and my niece commented on a pic of RPattz I posted - my favorite lip bitey pic. She told me she thinks I have problems and I asked her what problems - that boy is HAWT! She had a meltdown that I said that! LOL So next I told her that he's not just HAWT, he's totally FUCKHAWT! That shut her up *evil chuckle*

PMSL! Fantastic disturbing younger family members, I love it! I need to see this lip-bitey pic, it sounds like it comes highly recommended. I don't spend nearly as much time (ie hours ;o)) as I did on Facebook now I've discovered the Twilight blogs, who needs old schoolfriends when you have Rob news, pics & lewdness 24/7??!

P.S. Still no fucking rain! Pah!

It's my favorite pic of him, although some more have turned up that almost qualify. I'll email it to you if you want. Don't think you addy is on your profile tho.
PS...sorry there's no rain. It's gone here but it's supposed to return just in time to fuck up the homecoming football game Friday night. Yippee...not that I'm huge into that shit, but I have to be there. *sigh*

Sorry for the delay in replying have been shut away with CW&IA, OMG, what a story!

Hope the football game was ok, still no rain here *sigh*.

My email is gemma_holden@hotmail.com, all Rob pics gratefully received. Always ;o). Will update my profile now to put it on, hadn't realised it wasn't :o)

Yes, CW&IA is awesome, isn't it! I'm actually in the middle of about 7 different fan fics right now, and every single one of them needs to post a new fucking chapter like NOW!!! NOW DAMMIT!!

Anyhoo...my email is danielledjones@hotmail.com and I'll send you some yummy Rob pics soon. I see you went with the standard my name is my email address thing too, hee hee! Nothing like creating an awesome Pseudonym and then ruining it with your email address, right?

BTW...I LOVE the name Gemma!

Love the pics, I can see why you like the lip bity Rob so much <3. LOL at the 'Vestward' title too!

Have had that email for years now, I'm always really jealous of people who can come up with cool names for themselves online, I'm crap at it. I don't mind my name, apart from it seems quite popular for pet dogs over here and there's always a donkey called Gemma when you go anyway and they're doing donkey rides :o)

Mmmmmmmm....lip bity Rob. I also like the Vestward pic. I love a man in a tie...probably because my hubby doesn't own one!

Have had my email for years also. As far as coming up with a cool online name...I thought for days...no really, DAYS... before coming up with TwiWeasel, not that it's sooooo cool or anything...I just took my childhood nickname (actually, I'm still called Weasel by a few people) and stuck Twi on the front. Creative, huh? Yeah, whatever.

I have never, ever met a dog or a donkey named Gemma! I've only met one person (besides you) with that name and that was long, long ago.

I just realized that I have an email from you...

Later!

I forgot to tell you, it rained off and on through the entire football game. When I was really wishing for your Edbrella though, was prior to the game when they dedicated the field and I was standing on the 50 yard line and the rain was coming in sideways! (This was the first game on our brand new football field - and I mean football, not soccer.) I know, it's not really exciting, but I wanted to let you know that I really was wishing for an Edbrella...I would have proudly stood in front of the entire crowd with Edward. *sigh*

Stan said...

PMSL! Fantastic, it certainly sounds like an Edbrella was in order! Good news here too......

IT'S BLOODY RAINING!!!!!!!

It's got one of those buttons you push and it goes up by itself, I wish you could have seen the flourish I did it with this morning before strutting into the school playground with it! It's a goooooood day ;o)xx

TwiWeasel said...

Yay! You popped your Edbrella cherry! How was it? Fantastic, I hope! Did the young girls flock to see Edward's face? Did anyone swoon? I might have...
